Hi I’m Jennifer Davy life coach for women based in Waterford, Ireland. I am a mental health advocate and I help women set boundaries in their relationships and at work, build resilience and overcome negative self-talk.

When I work 1:1 with a client

  • My strategy is rooted in neuroscience and one of the many benefits of coaching is a collaboration between my client and me.

Why I left my safe job to work with women?

Over the last couple of years, I’d really started to realise that teaching wasn’t fulfilling me like it used to when I started out 15 years ago. I even said to my husband one night ‘Wayne I am just not lit up anymore, I just don’t feel the same way about teaching. Then a friend of mine told me I’d be a great Life coach. So off I went to research it and it was like a lightbulb, I was like “this is it”.

This is ‘that thing’ I have been looking for. This is what I want to do. So fast forward a year and I’ve now walked away from a permanent teaching job, to build my own Life Coaching business and help women over 30 like you!
